Our Valentine's Dinner

Dropped the kiddos off at my parent's at like 7:15 and headed to dinner. We decided on Osaka, it has a hibachi grill and great food. Went in and it was packed! The hostess told me it would be an hour and a half. No way, we left. I drove over to Iowa to see if we could find somewhere over there to eat. No such luck. It was over an hour everywhere else. So, I drove back to Osaka and we were told 45 minutes. That sounded good so we sat at the bar, I had a a coctail. Matt was getting impatient and wanted to pick up some food and go home to watch a movie. I really wanted to stay, it couldn't be too much longer. Yeah right, we waited another 20 minutes. We were about to leave and they called our name. YEY! We sit down at 8:40pm and wait forever for the chef to start preparing. We sat by the cutest little boy! He was 18 months old. I had fun playing with him and entertaining him while we waited for the food to me done. Seems like forever ago we had a little one. All in all, it all worked out, the food was SO good and we were home at 10:45pm!!

It is snowing right now and we were supposed to get 6-12 inches but they have now thankfully lowered that to 2-5inches. I can handle that! O is off tomorrow so maybe they'll get to play in it if it is not too cold. My baby is going to be 4 on Friday!! I'm not ready for that. Seems like the time has flown by. *

That sounds like a lovely time for Valentine's day. We make a late dinner or have it pick something up and watch a PPV as so many people are usually out.

It really is hard to believe that they are going to be four! I remember the baby shots!

I hope this next storm doesn't hit you guys either!
